Shipping and delivery

We ship to all of Spain (including the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands) and to the rest of Europe.

Our products are distributed from logistics centers located in Europe. The usual delivery time is 15 calendar days on average from order confirmation. During periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond our control, this timeframe may be extended, but will not exceed 30 calendar days in any case.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
