1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products at https://noruli.com (hereinafter, the "Website"), operated under the NORULI trademark. The owner's full identifying information is available in the Legal Notice of this website.
2. Object
These terms govern browsing and the purchase of products offered by NORULI. Acceptance via the checkbox provided during the purchase process has the same validity as a handwritten signature. The User must be over 18 years of age.
3. Access to the website
Access is free. The data provided by the User must be truthful and up-to-date. NORULI is not responsible for the consequences arising from inaccurate data.
4. Purchase process
The contract is finalized when the User completes the payment process and receives email confirmation. The process follows these steps:
- Product selection and adding to cart
- Start of the payment process
- Completion of shipping details
- Payment method selection and confirmation
- Receipt of order confirmation email
Product photographs and descriptions are for informational purposes only. NORULI is committed to correcting any errors or omissions as soon as possible.
5. Prices and payment methods
All prices include VAT and any other applicable taxes. The breakdown of costs is shown during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase.
The following payment methods are accepted: PayPal, credit/debit card (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
The contract will only be effective upon receipt of payment confirmation. A simplified invoice will be automatically sent to the User's email address. NORULI may offer occasional discount codes, which cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all of Spain (including the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands) and to the rest of Europe. Our products are distributed from logistics centers located in Europe.
The standard delivery time is 15 calendar days on average from order confirmation. During periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond our control, this timeframe may be extended, but will not exceed 30 calendar days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
7. Warranty
All products sold by NORULI come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and current consumer protection regulations. To claim under the warranty, please contact us. info@noruli.com aporPlease provide the order number and photos of the defect. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To begin the process, please contact our team at info@noruli.com or via WhatsApp at +34 644 91 40 17 and we will tell you how to proceed. The product must be returned in perfect condition and with its original packaging.
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different color, please exercise your right of withdrawal and place a new order.

10. Use of the website

All content on this website—text, images, logos, and design—is the property of NORULI or third parties who have authorized its use. Its reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without express authorization.
12. Responsibility
NORULI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website due to force majeure or technical failures beyond its control. Links to third-party sites are for informational purposes only, and we assume no responsibility for their content.

Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes with consumers will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the User's domicile, in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.
